Holistic and comprehensive medical care designed to dive deep into your individual health history and future goals. As a licensed primary care physician, you will be clinically assessed and diagnosed where necessary, while being provided the education, tools, and power to navigate your health — individualized for you and your body. Every step of the way, you will be guided and supported. Treatment integrates traditional and modern medical concepts, with an emphasis on diet and lifestyle, for the most sustainable results.
Sessions
Our sessions start with a 75-minute Initiation Session to gather crucial information. A 60-minute Treatment Session follows this, setting the foundation for your comprehensive plan. After a few weeks, a 45-minute First Follow-Up assesses changes and progress. Further Follow-Up Sessions (15, 30, or 45 minutes) are tailored to individual preferences. Sessions are conducted one-on-one virtually (through a privacy-protected telemedicine platform) or in person in downtown Toronto.

Over the course of your treatment progress, you will be provided with a toolbox of strategies and knowledge informed by your body and your health. There will always be time and opportunity to continue checking in to monitor progress or raise new or different concerns.
